1. INFORMATION FOR THE STUDENT
FUNDACIO PRIVADA INSTITUT D’ESTUDIS FINANCERS, hereinafter referred to as the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, is the data controller of the User’s personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), providing the following information regarding the processing:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned for processing are:
• Sending by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY of communications and necessary documentation for the delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of the course in which the User is enrolled, via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, allowing the purpose indicated by the student. Contact initiated by the course instructors and tutor, always through the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, to resolve problems and respond to demands raised by the student related to the course.
• Receiving commercial advertising communications related to products and services connected to the topic of the course in which the User is enrolled, or from collaborators or providers with whom an agreement for promotion has been reached.
• In the last two cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Conducting statistical studies.
• Processing orders, requests, or any type of petition made by the user through any of the contact methods made available.
Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject.
Data retention criteria: data will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and, when no longer needed, will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization or total destruction.
Data disclosure: data will not be shared with third parties, except under legal obligation.
Rights of the User:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly and freely consent that their data are necessary to attend to their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in other fields being voluntary.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will never be transferred to third parties, and that whenever any type of personal data transfer occurs, prior explicit, informed, and unequivocal consent from the Users will be requested.
All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide optimal service to the User. If all data are not provided, the information and services offered may not fully meet the User’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY complies with all provisions of the GDPR for processing personal data under its responsibility, explicitly following the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with adequate information to exercise these rights.
