Learn from a teaching staff made up of active professionals
Eloi Noya has developed his professional career in the financial sector, holding executive positions at Banco Pastor, Caixa Catalunya, and CatalunyaBanc. After 20 years in the industry, in 2013 he co-founded the fintech startup LoanBook Capital, which became a leader in marketplace lending in Spain.
He currently combines his role as Director of Institutional Relations at the financial consultancy Altria Corpo with his position as Director of Innovation at Instituto de Estudios Financieros (IEF).
Eloi has been a professor at IEF since 2017, teaching subjects related to Fintech and Technological Innovation in Finance. He is also an academic collaborator at other business schools such as ESADE, EAE, and GBSB, where he lectures on Capital Markets, Fintech, Digital Banking, Entrepreneurial Finance, and Digital Business Models.
Eloi Noya holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE, a Law degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and an Executive Master in Digital Business from ESADE. He earned the EFA and CEFA financial advisor certifications from IEF.
He is a regular speaker at forums on alternative finance, fintech, and blockchain.
