The main goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to analyze, structure, and finance Real Estate projects using the Project Finance approach. This method focuses on evaluating the economic and financial viability of individual projects, separating them from the company’s general balance sheet.
In short, the course aims to empower participants with all the necessary knowledge to strategically and sustainably analyze and make decisions regarding real estate investment and financing, maximizing returns while effectively managing risks.
