The adaptation of M&A processes to sustainability

In this new session of Finance Afterworks, we will speak with Àlex Plana Paluzie, Lawyer and Senior Manager at PwC Tax & Legal, to review the main sustainability regulations that have been approved in recent years, especially within the framework of the European Union, as well as the most relevant ongoing regulations in this field, aiming to explain how these new rules are affecting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.

In particular, the changes in the M&A process and in the contractual documentation of these operations will be highlighted, as well as the main challenges encountered in commercial practice, both for companies involved in transactions and for investment funds and asset managers in their investment and divestment processes.
