Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting 42 banking professionals from Egypt at IEF – Institut d’Estudis Financers – Barcelona Finance School for a transformative leadership journey: Future Leaders, a program powered by our international partner Egyptian Banking Institute.

Across 15 sessions, we blended hands-on dynamics, immersive experiences and teamwork to enhance essential skills such as communication, uncertainty management, and team coordination — in collaboration with Focus Inside.

Leadership met art in a unique and powerful experience that pushed the group out of their comfort zone and opened new perspectives on how to lead.

A week that proves leadership knows no borders.

We take with us learnings, memories… and one word that captures it all: transformation. Because what happens in Barcelona doesn’t stay in Barcelona —it’s applied, shared, and remembered.

This initiative is another milestone in the 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗘𝗙/𝗕𝗙𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗕𝗜, built over years of mutual trust and shared commitment to high-quality financial education.

For us, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗕𝗜’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲. Barcelona becomes a meeting point for inspiration, learning, and exchange and this Future Leaders program is a clear example of that.
