A Curriculum to Deepen in Finance and AI

The program offers a comprehensive educational approach that explores the convergence between finance and artificial intelligence (AI). From the historical and current fundamentals of AI to the practical application of innovative tools such as BingAI and ChatGPT in key areas of the financial sector, such as client acquisition, marketing, financial advice, customer service, financial planning, and personal productivity.

It also deeply addresses the ethical aspects and regulations of AI, exploring critical topics such as bias, fairness, and responsibility, supported by real case studies. The program also includes the advanced use of Microsoft tools powered by Copilot, highlighting how these technologies can enhance skills and productivity. With a final focus on advanced AI and data visualization, it unleashes creative potential for activities such as marketing, bot development, customer personalization, and data analysis using PowerBI.

The Explosion of Artificial Intelligence in Finance

The financial market is immersed in a revolution driven by artificial intelligence (AI), as indicated by the International Monetary Fund in an article published in December 2023. Financial institutions are expected to double their investment in AI by 2027, and this change is reflected in a growing demand for professionals in this field.

AI not only offers opportunities but also poses new risks, from strengthening financial security to challenges such as theft, fraud, and cybercrime. Financially, investments in AI will soar to USD 97 billion by 2027, experiencing the fastest compound annual growth rate among major sectors. From hedge funds to investment firms, AI is being integrated into decision-making, portfolio personalization, and market research, fundamentally transforming the dynamics of the financial sector. This scenario reflects the urgent need for professionals with AI knowledge to address the challenges and seize the emerging opportunities in the global financial field.
