Lead business profitability with data, technology, and AI

Today, companies no longer need controllers who simply “report numbers.” They need professionals who can interpret them, anticipate what’s coming, and make decisions that directly impact the business.

The Controller 4.0 becomes the eyes of management: connecting data, technology, and strategy to ensure profitability in complex and ever-changing environments.

What makes this program different

This is not a theoretical course. It’s a hands-on immersion where you work on your own professional reality from day one.

  • Apply what you learn directly to your company
  • Work with real cases in every session
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into your daily workflow
  • Evolve your role as a controller throughout the program

In practice, it works like a consulting process applied to your own context.

What you will learn and how you will apply it

A program designed not just to help you acquire knowledge, but to transform the way you work and generate real impact in your company from day one.

Transforming controlling

You will learn how to evolve from traditional controlling to a strategic model that delivers real value to management. You will develop a broader business perspective, moving from historical analysis to anticipation and decision-making.

Technology applied to decision-making

You will integrate tools such as artificial intelligence, automation, and data visualization to improve efficiency and analytical quality. These are not taught as theoretical concepts, but as practical tools you will use in class to solve real situations.

Optimization of key processes

You will work on the core processes of management control, including monthly closing, budgeting, and profitability analysis. The goal is to help you optimize and adapt them to your company’s reality.

Practical application and final project
